Biocitech employs a facility management operator (Dalceo) responsible for providing a wide range of highly technical services and supervising all environmental, sanitary and security installations and other services. This means residents can devote their time and resources to science and business development.

The facility management operator oversees all operations, maintains the buildings and equipment, and serves as project manager for building and engineering works. Dalceo manages the security teams, safety and environmental protection, implements the Park Regulations, and controls visits to the site as outlined in the risk prevention plan. It handles waste collection and the disposal of industrial materials.

Dalceo provides a host of other administrative and general services for residents to ensure the smooth running of the site, such as an on-duty receptionist, the collection and distribution of mail, the supply and storage of consumables, solvents and raw materials, photocopying, cleaning as well as ground maintenance.
