The Biocitech campus covers approximately 8 hectares. Biocitech rents out 28,250 m² of office and laboratory space in six main buildings: Fleming, Galien, Lavoisier, Pasteur, Rostand and Velluz. The campus is also equipped with close to 8,000 m² for fine chemical processing activities, in particular for the development of chemical synthesis, pilot lines and column chromatography for products at the pre-industrial process development stage.

Biocitech works alongside prospective tenants to custom-fit chemistry and biology laboratories, storage, technical and office space. Space is allocated according to requirements of specific activities, medium-term development expectations, investment optimization and operational costs. Highly qualified professionals supply and install air-conditioning, wall partitioning, laboratory furniture’s and other large equipment as specified.

At the time of writing, Biocitech Residents occupy roughly 22,000 m², which is over 80 per cent of available space. When further expansion is needed, Biocitech has up to 40,000 extra m² available.
